| bought tuner for 13yr old, beginner learner;i love the price, esp because tuners locally run around $30 and they are very basic and generic; i also selected it for her because of the previous positive reviews it had; item was so easy to use, she did not refer to the instructions; loves the added benefit of learning chords and tones; she highly recommends |

This item is still in use. Makes a big difference to play in tune. However, I did find to be fairly accurate. In other words, it is not spot on as verified by a much more expensive unit. It gets you close like 97% of the way there, you only have a small % to correct. Pretty good for the price. The other functions like the chord chart would be good for a newbie. It does have another function that is not spelled out. You can plug your guitar cord in to the unit! Great for tuning up before the show....just make sure you check the tune! It is even O.K. for not using a cord and just setting on the amp where it can hear and it will get you pretty close! Not bad for the money!
Hope this helps someone! |

| The built in mic picks up the strings very well on both my acoustic bass (E-A-D-G tuning) and acoustic guitar (E-A-D-G-B-E tuning) with out any problems. Doesn't bounce around while tuning like my old Korg tuner did. Also the chord finder is simple to use and great for novice players. Overall excellent little tuner for a under $10. |

| I got this for my husband because he lost his old one and had been needing to tune his guitar (which has been sitting in the closet more or less since our 3 year was born). He says it works great and has lots of extra functions info, very happy with it. |
