I got the wrong memory stick - my bad - but they did not have customer service to help me sort it out. I sent it back and could not contact anyone about an exchange or refund.

The memory stick which I ordered is exactly like the one that I have been using in my Sony camera for some time with one exception, it is just a little bit thicker than my old one. When I push it into my camera it dosen't click but it will work fine. The bad part I can't take it out using my fingers. I have to use a pair of niddlenose plyers to pull it back out.

I was very pleased to find this item. It seems no one wishes to sell an adapter at a retail or e-tail establishment anymore, unless it is bundled with a memorystick. Well, I'm thankful!
|
The first item I received was damaged, they arranged to send a replacement, and it was satisfactory. No further problems.

It works well, but the first one I got was dysfunctional. I sent it back and promptly got a new (working) one back, but that little bit of annoyance shouldn't have happened.
