- Mini Guitar Amp Plugs Directly Into Your Guitar! No Cord Needed!
- Runs On A 9 Volt Battery and Fits In Your Guitar Case!
- Take It Anywhere! Play It Anywhere!
This Portable Mini Guitar Practice Amp plugs directly into your guitar and eliminates the guitar cord. Tired of the mini amps that keep falling over because your guitar cord weighs more than the amp? Then this is the mini guitar practice amp for you! This mini guitar amp runs on a 9 volt battery and fits in your case. You can take it and play it anywhere. Delivers about 1 watt and gets a nice tubey overdriven sound with amazing sustain when cranked!

| Greatest little unit to practice with! Sit down infront of YouTube and pick up some new songs without draging all your equipment out! It has great tone as well. Love it! |

Can't get any clear tones. Fuzz is fun.
Mostly disappointing. Spins around in the

| A great little device. Plug it in and practice anywhere. It is so convenient. I take my guitar downstairs, upstairs even ouside to get more practice time. No it is not an elaborate sound system but it gets the job done. Just what I needed. |
| Very nice little amp... | 2009-10-05 | 4 / 5 |

I have had this little amp since 2007 and like it a lot.
Sometimes, you just want to get out somewhere different to play some tunes, but do not want or have the ability to lug around an amp. Now, although I do have a great battery powered Crate amp, this little practice amp is just right when you want to play to yourself and not fiddle around with cables and amps.
I have taken this to work for some quick plucking, and I like it. I have also brought it along to a goofing around gig session, and my buddies dug it a lot. Don't expect big sound from this, as it wasn't built for that. It provides decent amplification for intimate surroundings...but does get "dirty" when the volume on the guitar is turned up...which is quite cool. It will start to "Buzz & crackle" when the battery is low, so always carry a spare. Takes little room and looks cool hanging off the guitar and some have inquired how am I playing the guitar without an amp? I used it for lessions at a guitar school, where all around me were acoustics, and I stood out with my little amp.
The on/off switch is easily bumped on sometimes if you are not careful while in the guitar gig bag. What I have done is to disconnect a battery terminal while not in use and problem solved.
I highly recommed this mini practice amp for a backup to your usual arsenal of amps.

First off, the price from this seller is a good one. Even with added shipping, I don't think you could find it cheaper anywhere. The seller ships very promptly too! I got this to practice in front of my computer with some guitar programs. As mentioned before, it sure beats lugging the amp from upstairs around every time I need it.
The good: Very portable, batteries seem to last a while if you remember to turn it off when you're done, decent sound from a very small speaker, not noisy at all.
The bad: The jack stem seems just a tad undersized. Mine has fallen out when playing once. But I've had amp cords do the same thing. The speaker housing rotates on a caster so it ends up pointing down to the floor a lot. I'd much prefer it to be always pointing straight out. The speaker is small, there's no getting around that, so don't expect booming lows. But for what it is, it works pretty well.
Having used mine for a week now, I would buy it again if I needed to. It's good for what it is. |
