| This is such a fun book!!! Most tunes are in the key of C which makes for easy playing....(I didn't think I'd miss the finger position numbers, but I guess I do....)For someone who is trying to get back into the swing of playing daily, it's nice to sit down with a book that is fun and easy!!! |

| This 512-page, softcover songbook is "jumbo" not only in content but also in size, measuring 9" x 12" x 1-1/8" thick. It contains 200 songs for "easy piano", i.e., the songs are arranged for beginning piano students. Most songs contain lyrics as well as melody. A lot of them show finger positions above the music notations. Some of my favorites are Fur Elise, Amazing Grace, Green Sleeve, America the Beautiful, etc. These are songs I heard as a youngster and longed to play. Now, as grown man, I enjoy playing them at my acoustic Yamaha, especially when my piano teacher gives me a kiss and a hug for doing well. Sometimes, she even gives me candy. |

The book contains most of the popular and perrenial favourites. Easy to play, easy to read and the music does not need much practise to play the pieces smoothly.
I am glad I bought it since after much serious practise on other music this allows me to relax and at the same time enjoy good music.
The book is BIG - my only concern is whether it would last constant handling. |
